Returns Policy

 

We love our sauces, and hope you do as well. If you don't, please let us know by sending an email to hello@otamotfoods.com and we will try our best to make it right.

Please note, this Return Policy only applies to products purchased direct from our website, www.otamotfoods.com. If you purchased our product from anyplace else, you will need to contact the related reseller to discuss their specific return policy.

All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have past since your purchase, we will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges.

If requesting a refund, we may require you to return any unopened, unused product that you received. The product(s) must be shipped to our office in the original packaging it was shipped in.

Should we request that you return any product, you should mail your product to the address below, and we suggest via a trackable carrier:

If your purchase is approved for refund, your refund will be processed through the original method of payment, which may take several days depending on your financial institution. Your refund may be prorated based on the number of actual units returned.

Note that you are responsible for purchase postage to return your items, and these are non-refundable. 

If requesting an exchange, you must product(s) must be shipped to our office in the original packaging it was shipped in. In this case, you should mail your product to the address below, and we suggest via a trackable carrier:

Note that you are responsible for purchase postage to return your items, and these are non-refundable. If requesting an exchange, we may require that you pay for shipping for the items being exchanged before we ship the replacement products to you.

We may require proof of postage for the return shipment, so we encourage you to purchase tracking for your package before sending to us.

We may require photo proof of any damage item claims, so we encourage you to take photos of any damaged items.

Sale items are not eligible for return.
